Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting CP is a standard tool solely when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and arrives for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited site names under a single web hosting user account. This is feasible owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other hosting CP setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must use 2 autonomous hosting user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/management solutions. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no hosting Control Panel possibility.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all offered CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your domain names under one single hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP devices do not present such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and hence they require TWO different accounts: 1 domain administration/billing/support account and 1 web site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will discover that the Hepsia Control Panel can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP setups operate only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
